The London Marriott Grosvenor Square is proud to introduce award-winning, on-site restaurants, including maze by Gordon Ramsay  and its more informal sister restaurant, maze Grill.  Our gourmet cuisine is the result of a partnership with internationally renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. After apprenticeships with chefs Marco Pierre White, Albert Roux, Jöel Robuchon and Guy Savoy, the professional football player-turned chef opened his first restaurant, Gordon Ramsay’s, at age 32 and has been recognized as one of the world’s best chefs ever since. As the star of popular television shows “Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares” and then “Hell‘s Kitchen,” Ramsay has also become one of London‘s most recognizable TV personalities.
